• Seven plus years experience in general trades (roofing, electrical, plumbing, structures, etc.)
• Seven plus years experience in complete home remodeling, specializing in vintage home renovation 
• Twenty plus years experience in ranching and farming, including outbuilding construction, fencing, irrigation, livestock management, etc.
• Fifteen plus years experience in real estate investment

Education

• Certified graduate of the Inspection Training Associates (ITA) school
• Certified by the national Examination Board of Professional Home Inspectors (EBPHI)
• Certified in the Standards of Business Practice and Code of Ethics of both the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI)
• Certified in air quality testing by the Environmental Solutions Association and Pro-Labs
• Certified in septic inspections by the National Association of Waste Water Transporters (NAWT) 
• Minimum of thirty hours of continuing education every year
