Add $50 if dwelling built prior to 1979

Note: secondary detached dwellings 50% off with home inspection

Condominium Inspections*

Up to 2000 sq. ft.	$200
2001 sq. ft. and above	$250

Note: condo inspections do not include those systems managed by the homeowners association, including exterior, roofing, grading & drainage, etc.

Note: baseline sample included at no charge.

Administrative Fee's

Re-Inspection fee for fixed items	$100
Travel fee for locations 35 miles outside Boise	$50/travel hour
Additional trip fee to complete inspection due to property inaccessibility, utilities not on, etc.	$150
Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to scheduled inspection	$50
