The time will vary depending on both the size and condition of the home. For most single family homes, 3 hours is pretty typical for my inspections. But for larger homes and multi-family homes, or homes in poor condition, it may take longer. Small condominiums usually take anywhere from 1 to 2 hours, depending on the conditions.
