Small Acreage Home/Ranch Inspections
Many people are choosing to move outside the
hustle and bustle of city life these days, opting to enjoy a more rural country lifestyle and own a piece of acreage instead. This is the true pursuit of the American Dream!
However, living on acreage in the country also brings with it a list of new items and responsibilities to be aware

I have
been around ranches and farms a majority of my life and have purchased and sold a number of acreage properties throughout
– all of which have provided me with a fair share of learning experiences regarding property ownership and management
which I would like to pass on to you. With a small acreage home / ranch inspection,
I walk the entire acreage and visually inspect irrigation systems, fencing and containment systems, land grading and drainage,
pests and noxious weeds, etc. I will also visually inspect barns and outbuildings,
waste disposal systems and domestic water wells upon your request. Upon completion
of the inspection, I sit down with you and provide consultation on not only what I have found, but also on informational items
of value to you as a property owner.
I personally love living on acreage and continue to do so today.
However, I have seen many folks move to the country just to end up disappointed because they did not understand all
the aspects of being a small acreage owner prior to making the decision to live in the country. Allow me to share my experiences with you so that you can ask the right questions and make an informed
decision as you pursue your dream of country living!
